Information you send
A service request includes your name, phone number, email address, location and a description of the work. You can also choose to attach photos or drawings. Please include only information needed for your enquiry.
Service requests and attachments
On our Netlify-hosted website, Netlify Forms receives and stores submitted details and attachments so ERS can review your enquiry. Email notifications can also contain your request details and links to uploaded files. Please do not upload identification, financial or medical information, confidential documents, or images of people. File links should not be treated as a confidential document-sharing service.
Our separate design preview does not accept submissions. If online submission is unavailable, you can contact us by phone or email. Your email provider and our receiving email service process messages and attachments sent by email.
Why we use your information
We use your enquiry to respond, understand the work requested, prepare next steps and coordinate an inspection, quote or service. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
Website hosting, form processing and email services involve external providers, including Netlify for the Netlify-hosted site. These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. Information supplied through those services is handled under their applicable terms and privacy practices as well as our handling of your enquiry.
Website activity and other links
Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical logs to operate and protect the website. This site does not currently include an ERS analytics script or advertising pixel. Google reviews displayed here are selected quotations, not a live review widget. Following links to Google or other Wilson websites takes you to those websites and their privacy practices.
Your information and privacy questions
To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention or the handling of a service enquiry, contact ers@wilsoncorp.ca or call 519 509 6871 and ask for the person responsible for privacy. Please do not include sensitive documents in your initial request. Some records may need to be retained for service, accounting or legal purposes.
